Once an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier, MARCH 1315 is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by third-party shipping providers (including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. MARCH 1315 will not be held liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Policy - the basics
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
All orders ship from Florida, USA.
You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is on its way.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available within the continental U.S. only.
Orders placed by 12 PM EST ship the same business day; orders placed after this time, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.
Please note:

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

International orders
We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, typically arriving within 7–15 business days.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities.
MARCH 1315 does not control or collect these charges and cannot estimate their cost.
