At MARCH 1315, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’ll do our best to make it right in accordance with the policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

Unused and in original condition

In original packaging with all tags and accessories included
To initiate a return, please email support@march1315.com with:

The item(s) you’d like to return

The reason for return
Our customer care team will provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Used diaper bags
-
Gift cards or promotional items

Final sale or clearance products
If an item is marked as Final Sale at checkout, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Expedited or international shipping fees are also non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items showing signs of wear or damage.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color or product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll guide you through the return process and help place a new order once the original item is received.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every MARCH 1315 product.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@march1315.com with:

Photos of the damage or defect
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order is in processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you need to modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at march1315@march1315.com.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company—it may take additional time before your refund is posted.

8. International Returns
For international customers:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items internationally.
9. Force Majeure
MARCH 1315 is not liable for delays or inability to process returns due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or carrier disruptions.
